Linda C Alting

Linda Carol Alting, 70, of Bellefonte, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Centre Cares. 

Born on March 3, 1953, in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Quay Bumbarger and Esther Shaffer.

Linda loved to cook, draw and challenge herself with crossword puzzles in her spare time. She loved her family and cherished spending time with them.

Linda is survived by her two daughters, Holly Waite (Lester) and Crystal Alting; two grandchildren, Ashley and Sara Billett; two brothers, Michael and Quay; and six sisters, Connie, Betsy, Bonnie, Kathy and Esther.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Judy Eckenroth.

Family and friends will be received for a memorial gathering from 10-11 AM on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 135 W Main St. Howard, PA. 

Funeral services have been entrusted to the Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
