Darrell Alan Young, 67, of Mill Hall passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at home.
Born June 20, 1956, in the Lock Haven Hospital to the late Alice (Schofield-Zaremba) and Leroy Young, Sr.
Darrell was an avid hunter, fisherman and Philadelphia Eagles fan.
He was employed for 25 years by Champion Parts Rebuilders in Mill Hall.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha Powell whom he was with for 23 years. Also surviving are his sons Scott and Bryan Young of State College; William Powell (Jane) of Mill Hall; a sister, Evelyn (Daniel) D’Ercole of Red Lion; a brother, James (Tally) Young of Sandston, VA; sister-in-law, Cathy (Riggle) Young of Jersey Shore and the of of his life, granddaughter Bethany; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pearl, and brothers, Leroy, Ellis and Dale.
Family and friends are invited to a time of gathering from Noon-1 PM on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 135 W. Main St. Howard, PA. Interment will take place at Summit Hill Cemetery.
