Betty Lou Watkins

Betty Lou Watkins, 64, of Beech Creek passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport.

Born on February 3, 1959, in Lock Haven, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Hanley and Rose Rote.

Betty Loved her children and found the most joy playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her two children, Troy Watkins, and Ashley Watkins; her brother David Hanley; 3 grandchildren, Layla, River and Carson; as well as many nieces, nephews and all the adopted kids that called her mom.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth L. Hanley Jr. and Terry Allen Hanley

Family and friends will be received from 6-8pm on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Singer Kader Neff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 135 W Main St. Howard, PA.
